Trekking in Chandrashila

Day - 1: Haridwar to Chopta (190 KM Drive)
Reporting at Haridwar (Railway Station) at 07:00 Am & start towards Chopta (8 Hours Drive)
Morning Drive to Ukhimath via Haridwar, Devprayag (Confluence of Alaknanda & Bhagirathi, from Devprayag the Holy river Ganges started), Rudraprayag (Confluence of Alaknanda & Mandakini River). Breakfast and lunch enrooted. Arrival at Ukhimath by evening. Check into Hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in chopta hotel.

Day - 2: Chopta - Chandrashila - Chopta (12 Kms Total)
We will start near the beginning in the morning after mealtime and climb up the cemented pilgrim path up to the Shiva temple of Tungnath which is at the altitude of 12,000 Feet. From Tungnath, the trek continues till Chandrashila Peak. After a kilometre long trek you can reach the peak of Chandrashila which is at about 4000 meter. You can have a view of various religious temples the length of the way with many animals and birds addition on to the beauty of that devout place. The view from the top is most confident and truly breathtaking – amazing one will surely remember for a lifetime. After resting and exploring at the summit, we will come back to Chopta to stay all night in the tents.

Day - 3: Chopta - Haridwar (180 Kms Drive)
After an early breakfast drive to Rishikesh. Lunch enroute. Upon arrival at Haridwar tour end.
